Międzyzdroje is lovely all year round, but each season has its own character:

July and August — peak season: warm sea, a lively Promenade, the most going on, but also the biggest crowds and the highest prices. Best for those who enjoy the holiday buzz.

May, June and September — in our view the nicest time: calmer, cheaper and often with great weather. Ideal for walks, the trails of Wolin National Park and a relaxed break without the crowds.

Our lowest prices are off-season — from 15 September to 1 June (excluding the early-May long weekend and the New Year period, when prices are higher). If you're after peace and a lower rate, this is the time to come. We'll confirm the exact price for your dates by phone: +48 504 067 665.

Willa Karmazyn is very close to the Międzyzdroje railway station — about a 5-minute walk. A convenient option if you'd rather travel without a car; from here you can reach the centre, the Promenade and the beach on foot.

We have 10 free parking spaces for passenger cars. The number is limited, so if you're arriving by car, please let us know when booking — we'll reserve a space for you.

The parking works on a no free in-and-out basis — your car comes in for the duration of your stay and stays put (you can't drive in and out repeatedly during the day). Around Międzyzdroje it's easiest to get about on foot — most attractions are within walking distance.

As in most seaside towns, Międzyzdroje charges a local (spa) tax — currently around 3.50 zł per person per night (an approximate rate set by the municipality). We collect it on check-in in line with the regulations. It's a small cost worth factoring into your trip budget.

We don't serve breakfast, but we have convenient options for you. Right next door, on ul. Norwida in the former library building, you'll find „Stara Biblioteka” — our honest recommendation for a good start to the day.

Prefer to cook yourself? Guests have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen, and some rooms have their own kitchenette. The nearest shop is a Żabka — handy for fresh bread and small groceries without getting in the car.

Our picks for lunch and dinner:

• Neptune Square (Plac Neptuna, town centre) — home to the best restaurants in town; a good place to start.

• Dolce Vita, Carmen and Papillon — tried-and-tested places we genuinely recommend.

• Giovanni Coffee (town centre, Plac Neptuna) — a café with delicious waffles for a sweet break.

• And for ice cream — it has to be Szkolnicka. 

The beach is about a 10-minute walk from us. The wide sandy shore, the pier and the Promenade of Stars are the heart of the resort. An early-morning walk along the shore, before it gets busy, is well worth it.

Beach with a dog: there is no designated dog beach within Międzyzdroje itself — the nearest beach where dogs are allowed is some way off, towards Świnoujście. Worth keeping in mind if you're travelling with a pet.

A rainy day at the seaside doesn't have to be a write-off. In and around Międzyzdroje you can easily plan an indoor programme:

• Wolin National Park Museum — the island's nature up close, about 10 min walk from us.

• Wax Museum and Eureka Planetarium — on the Promenade, fun for the whole family.

• Kino Eva (an intimate cinema with couples' boxes) and the 7D Cinema with special effects.

Where to eat in Międzyzdroje?

You'll find the most good restaurants around Neptune Square in the centre. We recommend Dolce Vita, Carmen and Papillon, the café Giovanni Coffee for waffles, and for ice cream — Szkolnicka.

Can I bring a dog?

No, the property doesn't accept pets. There's also no designated dog beach within Międzyzdroje — the nearest one is towards Świnoujście.
